Alan I went round and round with Fidelity a few months ago and they absolutely will not allow anyone to purchase NTGL. I even went up the ladder at Fidelity and spoke with a manager. It all stems from the fact NTGL is non-reporting and Fidelity prides themselves as a conservative brokerage.
As I already own nearly 2M shares mostly from purchases made long ago when NTGL was trading under the shell HVEL and before that CTKH I was not too disappointed. However I believe NTGL could be trading at a much higher PPS were it not for the buy restrictions some of the brokerages have instituted.
All the more reason for NTGL to release audited financials which will in turn remove the purchase blocking placed by Fidelity and others.
