As I wrote before, I'm an angel investor in The Honest Company. I don't see them as competition just yet. $BMXC is just starting out and THC is an established company with full product lines.
In fact, they almost got bought out by Unilever last year but in the end Unilever bought someone else.
$BMXC can grab some market share with chemical free diapers before anyone will notice them, which is a good thing.
