That's why most companies hate being on the OTC. It's a hellhole for those that want achieve something. Eliminate the 3 day rule and you'd see how cleaned up it would be. Some MM's game the system knowing OTC stocks are driven by chat board hype. Sell fluff shares (fake) on the ask...settle the position 3 days later by using chat board trolls. They do it on most OTC stocks and make a good buck off of it and it's dirty business. Take away the 3 day rule, and you'd have a lot of volume dry up and rallies would be based solely on investment sentiment.
