Big difference between having a strong case/position and expecting to win. Angone that has dealt with lawsuits and such of this nature knows it is a total crapshoot once you get in the courtroom.

Not sure what the issue is with the attorney but we will wait to hear. Based on SM - they have had a great start to 2017 between the shots and jerky. Cash flow sbould finally be catching up.
