I have Emailed multiple times to all addresses I could find , over the last 3 wks with no responses. I cant find a direct email address for kip madden though. Other than through linkdn , I cant send through there b/c I don't have a pro acct....If anyone knows how to reach him id be more than happy to send him one as well. At this point it doesn't hurt to question the company a bit. IMO
