We had all expected this case to be won, settled or go to trial. Now we know HJOE lost the attorneys and have only 5 days to hire a replacement. Don't think that will happen now. They cannot sell shares to get funds so what is next? It takes lots of cash to get relisted and attorneys. Wonder what next plan of action?
