What lengths will criminals go to, to try to make money from a stock?
This criminal (literally, he's on probation for another crime) tried to hire another criminal to deliver booby-trapped boxes that looked like they contained a food product, but actually had bombs, to Target stores. The idea was that some innocent consumer would pick up a bomb-box, have their hand ripped off, and that Target stock price would fall so the criminal could buy some cheaply.
