It was the other way around. The SEC knew their case was weak.
My last wooden nickle the former management will not be found liable for fraud. Don't know about the other stuff but Fraud, the basis of their ridiculous claim ain't gonna happen TD
But it's to difficult to convince TDBowieknife otherwise since he is so hell bent on treaty going out of business so his bosses, the hedge Funds don't have to cover.
