The problem with HJOE that is so crippling to them is the huge number of shares outstanding. The SEC has debt to equity and other ratios that must be met in order to protect shareholders. They have gone so far outside of these ratios, that is why they were delisted. Not to mention not filing updated financial statements.

Also not to mention possible issues with overselling shares. I don't see how they can ever over come these obstacles
