Will always look back fondly on Big Al Stone. He definitely fought a courageous battle against a gut wrenching disease ... I have the highest admiration and respect for the man and all of his efforts ... He achieved much in his life ... it was a true American life.

So today ends up being yet another stark reminder ... to appreciate Life and ALL its blessings ...

Seem to be getting a whole lot of these stark reminders lately ... ughh
