That is how stupid TD and his Hand Selected Gang of Cons are.
He really thinks Treaty would negotiate a deal 2 months before the hearing agreeing to a revocation and multi million dollar fine.
Instead of allowing it to go to court and take your chance. I've in the past criticized the SEC out of opinion and fun just to mess with TD but know they will do what is best for the investing community.
