Yes. A few days before the announcement TD began pumping TECO encouraging people to buy in and pumped it till he sold on Tuesday.
Then the next day after the GOB anounced their findings he said he sold then started his crusade to bring Teco down. I can provide his quotes but do not think it is necessary.
He made a killing and most thing shorted the stock. Another reason why he fights so hard not to have to cover. No one spends 24 / 7 doing what he does and emailing shareholders harrassing letters just for a thank you
