Since I was directly involved with the SEC investigation, I can tell you it is real and we are all waiting on some type of resolution.

As a shareholder, I am looking for something positive. Not saying it will end positive, but you don't pee where you eat. I have over 60k invested here. There are others on this board that do too. No one here is asking for others to buy in. If things turn around with current management or different management, positive results will drive the SP no matter. I know several investors around ihangout that are keeping an eye on this. When the company picks up where it left off in its production goals, folks will invest in earnings.

The SEC could shut this totally down if it turns out to be a total fraud. In that case, someone is going to jail. I have also seen examples of management being asked to step down so the company can move forward without wiping out shareholders. Unless we were outright lied to, the company still has assets. Equipment? Contracts? We just don't know.

I'm frustrated like everyone else. Time will tell.
