I hope the posts that contained lies about the company and management have been forwarded to Leo so that he can pass them on to Sullivan/Ashcroft.
I think and hope that Sullivan/Ashcroft is planning on pursing those that have damaged the company and its shareholders once the Judge's sanctions have been filed. RICO awards treble damages and that could amount to one tidy sum if all the scumbags are exposed and forced to pony up. Go CTIX!!!
