Not dumb at all. I have the same issue due to random drug testing.
Products sold by Rock Mountain High Brands, Inc. don't have even close to the micro levels of THC needed to score positive on a broad spectrum drug test. In other words, perfectly legal and perfectly safe in every way. No chance of testing positive.
The CBD concentrate from HempLifeToday.com that I posted replying to 31twu is another story. While the oil only contains micro amounts of THC, well below Federal government standards and therefore 100% Fed-legal, people who need to pass drug tests as a condition of employment could draw a positive test result if the test used is a broad spectrum test. People should check with their employers to find out if they're using a broad spectrum test capable of detecting micro levels of THC. If not, it should never trigger a positive test.
