According to him, the SEC got everything they asked for from Treaty. What a crock! Treaty did not admit or deny anything. How is that getting what they wanted? They wanted Treaty to admit to everything. Last year they wanted $3M to settle. Of course Treaty will only have to pay a small fraction of that if anything.
