$ORRV$ PERFECT STORM- The Reverse Merger should be closed by or before March 1 2017 (SE BELOW CONTRACT EXCERPT) !!!!! This is days away. When the finalized completed reverse merger is filed with Nevada SOS, close to the same time that McCusker Financials filings and removal of OTC Stop Sign - KABOOM!!!!!!!!!

Termination.
8.1.1 General. This Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby may
be terminated prior to the Closing: (i) by the mutual written consent of the parties; (ii) by written
notice from either party in the event of a material breach of this Agreement by the other party;
provided that the party wishing to terminate this Agreement has notified the other parties in writing
of such breach and such breach has continued without cure for a period of thirty (30) calendar days
after the notice of breach; or (iii) by written notice from ORRV if the Closing has not occurred by
