I as well hear the SEC case is very weak. This has been going on now for 2 plus years with several extensions asked for by the SEC but not all granted.
Taking the plaintiffs lost the first 13 cases how can the 14th miraculousy find hte smoking gun to all the fraud that wa committed. It's ridiculous to even think that

Anyone with half a brain knows prosecutors do not operate in that manner. They will go in for the kill ASAP, not delay the efforts.
