They are doing great fundamentally, but there are no guarantees here. I still see a huge fight in court and an extended one at that. I didn't like the judges tone or response to HJOEs summary judgment, denying it and calling it mostly baseless. They don't have to deal with bashers now, and for some reason they keep at it, which is ludicrous, or worry about staying current financially. Besides the obvious, that they have shares wrapped in the stock, along with Gilstrap, I'm not sure coming back is 100% guaranteed, and I definitely have uncertainty about their future as a publicly traded company.

I guess I feel that way because we are deep into the dark period and the March Court appearance is a ways off, along with any fall-out. I'm hopefully, but completely uncertain. I like my chances in BMXC right now as a clean, toxic free and trading company.
