O/S Shares 103 Million with the float at about 80 million.
No additional convertible notes.
Currently in talks with several investment banks for new funding.
This is one of the best SS I've seen on the OTC.
There are tons of tickers with 1 or 2 billion shares trading at .10 with less revenue then we have here.
