Moss I was the one that had a group of investors that were will to use loan shares back Ntek and money if needed. That's when I was trying to form the committee to bring in other investors as well to make it more attractive.
We were all in favor trying to AVOID a R/S in hoping at some point doing a buy back.
I was in contact with Dan Wong at the time. He stated to me after discussing it with NTEK that they were all set and moving forward with the R/S.
