I agree that the current PPS could offer an extremely great opportunity for savvy investors but I do not agree with the notion that the action right now is bullish or suggests that investors are loading up. All that is suggested by the "action" is the same old business as usual, MM games.

This means that the last trade was a short sale. The trading on Monday was a horrific and rather obvious blunt example of how the MMs are manipulating this stock, with over half of the daily transaction volume being short sales; more shares are getting shorted than getting bought long. That is rather a sad state of affairs, not healthy at all. I cannot conclude with you that the last transaction was a bullish investor getting long the stock. Instead it was probably an MM or other market player dumping more borrowed shares via a new short position for over 5M shares. There was also another short sale earlier in the day for 107,892 shares. There is no other way to account for the trading tape we are witnessing. It is actually quite surprising that there are still market participants out there who think it is wise to continue to short the stock with the PPS sitting a couple of ticks from $0.001 and triple zeros. Perhaps they are looking to take the PPS down one or two ticks and then cover, because for a 5M short and cover transaction, a change in price of say, $0.0002, would be worth a profit of about $1,000. However, of course, the PPS may not drop down to $0.0011 ever again, perhaps it will, but maybe it won't! Perhaps the PPS moves up a few ticks before the participant can cover and they are down $1,000. 
Therein lies the risk. Each to his own profit methods but I happen to think such "action" is reckless!! 
Next time a trip to Vegas, experiment and only put all of your gambling money on red or black, roulette. Keep letting it ride and switch colors randomely, gambling all of the money on each spin. See how much money you wind up after a maximum of 10 spins, or see how many spins you can get to before losing it all. Then go back to Vegas sometime and experiment by dividing your gambling money evenly and play for many days on various games, 21, roulette, craps, etc. See how much you win or lose after several days of play or see how many days and number of spins and games you can play before losing it all. Then compare your performance and come back to IH and tell me if its better to flip flip flip your way to riches or patiently play a myriad diversified set of games to accrue reasonable profits over time.
