I think you are correct about Gordon Kirkwood. The hedge funds have people in the fields, social media financial websites and other places choosing what penny stocks to follow and take down.

The construction and process all over saw by a professional geologist and when things go bad they blame management for scamming investors.
Turns out that geologist is on the SEC witness list. He was to testify against Treaty as well but since we settled not admitting or denying guilt he won't be needed.
I really love hearing the Belize Geology Dept , educated at th Univ of Jamacia determined there was no oil, and they know more than 20 educated in the US.
There is big money behind bringing us down and h tey have failed.
