Im sure bemax will do everything right. The wild card is the SEC. They are very questionable in the manner of which the notify companies of their pressing questions. When RMHB wanted to uplist the SEC literally sent request for more info the day before they were set for uplisting. Not saying it will happen here, just unconcerned if it does.
