I hear TD has the best app with that think or swim. But i am with you with not being able to buy all OTC stocks. I still use scottrade but they are the same way with stocks I believe on the DTC Chill List. I wanted to get some REDG and scottrade would not let me. I opened a Etrade account and do not have that problem at all. I like their L2 much better than Scottrade. I would look into that.
