Loss on Settlements of Debt 1,496,000???
Is this the lawsuit from K2 out of FL?
Absolutely no comment about the lawsuit at all, and no comment about us owing that amount of money. Instead we have a loss on settlement of debt and it appears as an actual outflow of money.
I guess I feel better. Lighter somehow. No sword hanging over our heads. Nothing blocking the light at the end of the tunnel.
Is this true? We never did hear about collection efforts, bankruptcy threats...etc,etc.
A major league housecleaning following the earlier major league housecleaning of our paydown of our debt to Royal Capital...
