I was offered a chance to buy in to FB's IPO, but I declined, mainly because I see it an IPO as the Mother of all Dilutions!

Maybe down the road it will be an investment tool, but right off the bat, it is nothing more than those holding "private" shares to sell them on the open market.

JMO......... but I don't personally do IPOs.
