Sounds like a direct attempt to sabotage the business by certain individuals claiming to be shareholders.

And people wonder why companies clam up......self defense perhaps ?

Sad when peoples actions force a CEO who is trying to do the right thing to take measures to defend the company that restrict transparency.

If these folks asked a rep from Apple some of the questions I see on here about company operations, they would get laughed at and told exactly where to go and how to get there....
