rather small given her many untold millions.


If ICOA goes up to $0.0010, then the guy that
bought 275K of the shares at . $0.0001 IN 30
MINUTES OR SO, . will make a cool quarter
million dollars on NON-PUBLIC information.


That unknown guy, & his friend Dr. T be going
to prison too. . Y'see, . this trade . and its en-
ablement . was all very very very public.
