The million dollar question. So it appears between NTEK and Swig what is theirs is ours and what is ours is theirs. This goes for both technology, movie titles and live entertainment. I am loving that part of the equation.

The question I would like an answer to and what NTEK SH's deserve an answer to is :

What is the share structure given the new joint venture partnerships between the big three NTEK/Swig/Lightning Entertainment ????????????????????? Obviously we are the only publicly trading company so where does that leave NTEK SH's ?
