I don't see how that news sheds a positive light. The Jade development I believe was to do with the Gold acquisition. All that 8k says that he is no longer involved with them which puts an end to the joint venture. Got paid out 134k.

what he does with that remains to be seen? who knows...I'm not happy with his lack of transparency.. Numerous emails with litte to no reply. and any reply I did get was very vague.
