Here's my take. I have been following Arxis Capital for a while. They have been absorbing anything given to them in the teens. You have to understand that the Chinese to things differently than your typical pink/otc stocks. I believe that if there was dilution, the diluter would file a SC 13G, so as to be not more than 9.99% owner. None has been filed leading me to believe that the volume has been absorbed by SHOM DIRECTLY, locking up the float much like AJGH has done. If that's the case, there may be some massive price increase.
