I agree But it appears as though SWIG is a significant player and that SWIG is ALL-IN.
NTEK is the technology SWIG could never be.
I think that this is better than completely selling out today to someone like Verizon and having no future.
We will be alright if the final deal (50/50, 40/60 etc) fairly reflects each parties contributions. SWIG has the back office, credibility, connections WW and the most efficient cloud. NTEK is the future of streaming...
But we were weak going in the door.
