I am 99% certain the Chinese deal will complete. Whether it is on time or not is of no consequence to anyone but a few worry warts who IMO are trying to scare shareholders. Those who have done their Due Diligence have long known Mrs. Li has been around Rocky Mountain High brands for a long time and has developed a strong relationship with Jerry Grisaffi and the company.

Don't be fooled by those who cast doubt in your mind the deal will fall apart.
They are either ignorant, ill informed or are intentionally trying to deceive shareholders into selling their holdings so they can make a profit on your insecurities or inexperience in the stock market.

Those who intentionally deceive others for personal profit really sicken me.
