Ya I started going thru all the filings a few days ago, been years since I've done DD on any stock, but as I kept reading my mouth started watering lol. Looks good from that end. No conversions due, it's clean. There were 25 million shares that were Put to a firm, with an option to buy more, but that's not a negative it's a positive, ( can't remember the name, it's in the 8k) Let us know what you find out when you talk to the ceo
