You could always e-mail Mr. Heddle and ask what is holding up those negotiations.
The question I directly e-mailed to PTOI years ago is still just as relevant today as it was back then: "What obstacles still need be overcome before a processor can be put into profitable production?"
As far as I know, I'm the only one who ever e-mailed PTOI to ask any tough questions...and as I'm a skeptic, PTOI routinely ignored me. Not even PTOI's investor relations person, plucked from the message boards, would give me an answer.
Investors should fight to get the answer to that question...yet I've never been able to convince one investor to even ask.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
