I think that is a fair assessment based on the fundamentals of the company which are quite solid.
From a technical stand point - chart and the stock price. This is also very healthy.
combine both and you have a very rare situation in the otc. Long or short everyone can benefit as it is trading like clock work big board. There is no otc evident trading with this stock.
reflecting; and has been mentioned before. the ss was the same about a year ago and they had toxic loans outstanding with a share price of 1.00.
now? we have no toxic debt, reduced ss to get rid of the diluted shares which restores the ss to previous numbers. we have greater revs then we did last year purchase order of 1.1 mil, uplist in the very near future and amazon contract looming with a completely transparent ceo who understands the markets.
Where should the price be now with these significant changes improving the outlook of the company?

this will return to dollar land which may happen much sooner then later and suprise everyone. It won't be on the fundamentals but strictly on the technical chart. the news will just supercharge it.
