Lol, looks / sounds like it was written by a 10 year old foreigner. Reminds me of the Russian trolls that always used to post. Tried like hell to make out like they were American, but everything they wrote had that "Off" sound / feel too it. I wouldn't put ANY stock in it, (so to speak....)
