$UAMM The one thing we can control, UNTIL the next PR drops, is spreading the word on UAMM having such a Clean Share Structure for Years! 0 Dilution to be found. 0 Convertibles, Notes, Preferred Shares, 0 Marketing /Promoters that can dump. A Big 0 folks. Go find another Company/Stock Entering the MJ Sector today! This is the time we need to bring folks in to try our best to LOCK UP THE FLOAT!! Then, we have Pham who has had over 1 year to get his Ties and Connections to the Industry for them to be firing right out of the gate with Revenues for us.
I read a few post on other boards when comparing us to ZRZH, saying we will need to raise funds for Acquisitions, going to dilute. Well, over time AFTER REVENUES HAVE BEGUN, A MUCH HIGHER SHARE PRICE, WE WILL HAVE TO, BUT WITH MUCH MORE FAVORABLE TERMS. KEY IS, WHEN THIS HAPPENS, WE WILL STILL HAVE A 6 MONTH LOCKED PERIOD FOR ANY DILUTION WHATSOEVER. HUGE FOR US!!
