Not sure how you infer that or much of anything that you post for that matter, Poem.
However there are a multitude of issues you post about here which a lot of us would encourage YOU to 'shut your mouth' about.
Your problem, one of them anyway, is that you confuse education with training. IF you had the former you wouldn't mistake it for the latter.
