Well. Most likely that is exactly it. Too many hits and downloads sonallowable bandwidth on the plan exceeded. I would argue this should be fixed asap with an upgrade in hosting fees as it looks a bit off. The notice says allowable bandwidth on plan exceeded. Says to notify site owner
