Several years back my Dainty Darling Dove gave me a giant redwood sapling for Christmas. They make beautiful bonsai trees but, alas, my redwood bonsai died after three years. For a year or longer I've been thinking about buying a baobab sapling. I just might be able to handle a more complicated project now as I think my bonsai skills have grown and my DDD says I truly do have a "bonsaied" brain.
