Not Friday afternoon, the whole week, because that is the weekly chart, so every candle represents one week.
It doesn't represent the start of the next up trend, because it already started several weeks ago, but, represents a more violent move to the up side, and, that's why the +DI(green line) reacted more violently. Until now was only forming a very long and slow curve.
