Excellent post! I would give you a "thumb's up" if IHang admin hadn't deemed my two uses of that feature as 'disruptive' a year or so ago and disabled my 'thumbs'.
For PTOI, after eight years of no results, it's an absolute farce to blame anyone but PTOI for that lack of results and the almost 100% loss in share price. Stories of shorters keeping their thumbs on the share price and others supposedly manipulating the stock price down are ridiculous.
If anyone believes that PTOI was "targeted" and the share price manipulated down to this supposedly fire sale price, they should be spending their paychecks to buy this "cheap" stock.
