	$GIGL The $1.4 mil in tenant allowances that QIC, $78 billion dollar investment fund, is offering us in the LOI cover the entire new restaurant buildout with about $200-300k leftover.  
In the $GIGL investor toolkit I recall it saying it only cost about $1-1.2 mil per location. Nice of QIC to throw so rent money in there for us
