The skepticism in regard to any agreement, deal...whatever, is legitimate. And the only person at fault is the CEO. He created his own lack of credibility since the first year he took the position. The 8ks filed, the failure to release relevant investor information in a timely manner, and information in PRs that failed to come to pass, are all of his own doing.

The CE's NSSers and all the rest had nothing to do with that. That is a sideshow. One that the CEO feeds regurely.
