I believe that a large amount of legacy convertible debt from the old EVDR shell was sold by one market maker to another for a hedge fund or other investors. There was a 110M transaction earlier in a single second.
Now a 64M bid has appeared at .0003 and huge slaps on the ask at .0004 - including 25M in a single second.
Watch carefully - news still not out.
