A few morons flippers who didn't realize what was going on whacked the .0012 bid and .0011 bid - there are of no consequence.
The key point is that a group or handful of whales saw the PR on a proper distribution and - without hesitation - slapped the ask at .0013 despite VNDM with 10M+ going off repeatedly..
