Limited number of traders have access to it via Etrade, USAA, and a few other brokers.
TDA, Scottrade, and Canadians are left out in the cold. That'll change soon! Per the 8k, the company paid the DTCC application fee and filed the paperwork. Look to increase volume exponentially very soon.
