What can we infer from the photo below?
1.) The name of the 'excursion' tells us that if the fare was 10 cents, it was overpriced by at least 5 cents.
2.) The photo was taken approx. 30 seconds after the guy standing on the river bank knocked on the caboose door and yelled, "hey Vern, come on out and look at THESE assholes!"
